The SSDW 2007 proofed and extended the truly international and interdisciplinary approach of the Space Station Design Workshop by bringing it to the other end of the world to the School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering at the University of Sydney, Australia. Held from 16 to 21 July 2007, the cold Australian winter could not stop two competing teams to deliver outstanding work and two elaborate space station designs.
